Nos frenchies sont aux championnats du monde de Hollande alors un grand encouragement pour nos deux terreurs Stef et Vincent qui risquent d affronter Reyes et Francisco si ils passent :-)) ca va etre superbe a voir !!

 

 

Ce week end il ne la pas fait en finale se laissant prendre par le jeu des gros casseurs comme Bustamante et Gabica mais croyez moi si en finale il aurait continué a faire ce break il aurait tout cassé... seulement aprés la demie il a repris son ancien break et a laisser gabica s emparer du titre... en 1/4 il coach efren sur son break c est enorme je posterai la vidéo bientot prise avec un téléphone portable .. jugé plutot de l'efficacité de tout ca j ai essayé c est plus dur que ca en a l air...

 

  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Gabica cops title in 9-ball

Doha Asian Games gold medalist Antonio Gabica swept past Ronnie Alcano, 15-9, and won the fourth SMB Philippine Open 9-ball Championship at the Silvercity Mall in Ortigas Center Sunday night.

Gabica sank a 2-9 combination after the break to secure the win and pocket the top prize of P500,000.

Alcano received P250,000.

A golden break on the 22nd rack gave Gabica a 13-9 lead and a dry break by Alcano placed Gabica within a rack of wrapping up crown.

The win came after his big 13-10 win over Efren “Bata” Reyes in the semifinals where Alcano also crushed another fancied bet, defending champion Francisco “Django” Bustamante, to reach the finals.

On his way to the championship, Gabica swept past Gandy Valle, 9-7, Alcano, 9-3, Dennis Orcollo, 9-8, before dropping a 7-9 decision to Bustamante in the fourth match in the winner’s brackets Saturday.

He then beat Carlo Biado, 9-6, in the loser’s side to advance to the crossover semis against Reyes.

Luck was earlier on the side of Alcano as he stunned Reyes in the semifinal.

 “I just got lucky. I made some errors but Efren also had his share of mistakes,” said Gabica, who won the 9-ball gold and took the silver in the 8-ball in the last Asiad.

Reyes actually forced a 6-all tie but Gabica took the next three racks to go up again, 9-6, pouncing on the pool legend’s miss on the black 8 in the 15th rack.

Reyes completed a break-and-run in the next but Gabica won two of the next three racks to maintain a 10-8 lead.

Gabica also took advantage of Reyes’ scratch on the blue 2 in the 21st rack to sit on the hill at 12-9 en route to the victory.  

  

 

 

Match monney oui mais avec le champion du monde sinon rien :-)) je me suis
fait une arrivée majestrale dans l'arêne des tueurs en prenant ma revanche contre le dieu Bata Reyes !
il m'épate on a commencé par un match a la 10 et je vous assure que j'etais face a un martien :-))

mais Sir john a enquillé 5 tables magnifiques qui a permit de totaliser un 9-5 pas trop minable..

dans la foulée Efren m'a proposé son fils en 3 sets je me suis dis je vais me faire le fils a défault du père :-)))

mais pas du tout je me suis pris un 9-5 9-5 et un 9-7 ca m'a permis de bien rigoler avec Efren
et de sympatiser avec son fils qui est plutot réservé mais trés fort également..

Les matchs vont fuser vendredi prochain avec la préparation de l'us open tout le monde est en furie

c'est plutot cool, je ne sais pas si j'irai à las vegas, mais en tout cas je suis super motiver pour continuer a progresser
pour info pour notre cher Eusébio je ne lime plus.. ca me réussi plutot bien aussi bien à la casse que dans le
jeu :-) bizarre on verra dans deux jours !
